This Browns Plains project addressed persistent water inundation by reshaping the site and establishing a clear, reliable drainage path through the property.
The ground was regraded and levels carefully adjusted before an underground drainage system was installed to direct stormwater towards the street kerb outlet. An exposed aggregate pathway completed the works, providing a durable and visually consistent surface through the side access area.
The upgrade transformed a water-prone section of the property into a cleaner, more functional and better-drained outdoor space.
