Delivered across two newly completed homes within a subdivided 400sqm site in Cleveland, this project encompassed the full landscape journey — from design documentation through to final softscape installation — across both lots simultaneously.
Landscape design drafting established a coherent plan for the development before construction commenced, ensuring both properties achieved a unified, well-resolved outcome. Hardscape works spanned the entire site: front driveways and footings, concrete steps and platforms, block wall construction, dividing and boundary fencing, stone pathways, concrete sleeper retaining walls and site drainage. Softscape works completed each property with turf, curated garden planting and pencil pine installations — delivering an established, streetscape-ready presence from day one.
The result is two distinct yet cohesive outdoor environments, built to a high standard and ready to be lived in.
